Rooftop RV air conditioners fail in a handful of predictable ways. Capacitors go, which is why a unit hums and will not spin. Fan motors seize. Control boards and thermostats lose communication. Shore power that sags below spec on a hot campground loop will stall a compressor and take the unit out with it.

We come to you, meter the unit under load, and tell you what is actually wrong. Sealed refrigerant systems in RV rooftop units are not serviceable, so if the compressor is gone we quote a replacement unit and swap it — usually the same visit if we have your model on the truck.
