Apex Armor Spray-On Coating in Dillsburg, PA

Authorized Apex Armor dealer and installer for South Central PA. A seamless sprayed membrane over your whole roof.

In-shop by appointment

Apex Armor is a sprayed polyurea coating that goes over the top of your existing RV roof and cures into one continuous membrane. There are no seams for water to find, because there are no seams. It bonds to the roof deck, wraps the edges, and encapsulates every vent, skylight, antenna base, and air conditioner curb in the same pass.

A patch fixes the hole you found. It does nothing about the six feet of tired lap sealant next to it. Most of the roofs we tear into failed at a joint that looked fine from the ladder. Coating the whole roof at once ends that cycle. The finished surface is walkable, resists UV and hail, and does not chalk and shrink the way an aging EPDM or TPO membrane does.

We are an authorized Apex Armor dealer and installer for South Central PA, and we do this work in our own shop. Prep is most of the job. We clean the roof, pull failed sealant, correct soft spots and rot before anything gets sprayed, then mask, prime, and apply to the specified thickness. Trapping bad wood under a good coating helps nobody, so if we find damage during prep we stop and show you before we go further.

Plan on the coach staying with us. We have four 50-foot bays, so length is rarely a problem, and we schedule by appointment so the roof gets cured under cover instead of under a forecast.

  • You are buying a used coach and want the roof settled before you travel
